We claim to be the leading cellular foam company in the Nordic countries. How do we justify this claim?
The NMC Cellfoam unit operates in three countries. Our factories are located in Sweden and Finland, and we have a sales office in Norway. As a Cellfoam unit, we want to offer our customers as wide expertise as possible in terms of versatility, innovativeness, and features of solutions. That is why every year, our various teams gather for strategy days to plan how we can serve you, our customers, better in the future.
Last year, we gathered with our sales and engineering teams in Tampere and immersed ourselves in discussing responsibility and its significance in our customers’ businesses. We found that green values and sustainability are important topics in our industry, but the supply is not so wide. We decided to focus on finding and proposing as sustainable solutions as possible to our customers without compromising on functionality.
This year, our Cellfoam unit has grown and new salespeople have joined our teams and we have expanded our operations to Norway. Therefore, we gathered with our renewed sales team in Sweden, where we got to know each other and each other’s customers better.
This year’s theme was segment thinking. Together, we went through what our customers are up to, how we have succeeded in our cooperation with customers, and what we would like to develop in the future. The things we would like to develop are targeted marketing campaigns, increasing awareness of the versatility of our manufacturing methods, and tightening cooperation between our units. We clarified our common goals and strive to be one united NMC Cellfoam and to provide an even more versatile service in the future.
