Versatile
Manufacturing methods

Our versatile production methods, extensive machine stock and skilled employees allow us to develop and manufacture diverse and challenging solutions. When developing a product we consider the material, the product’s intended use and the suitable production methods, and optimize the most cost-effective solution.

Operations model

Lamination

We use several different lamination technologies for joining different pairs of materials. We employ flame, powder, mangle and hot glue lamination as well as water and solvent-thinnable spray glue technologies, for example.

Milling

3D machining and milling are also applicable methods in the context of cellular plastics. Our machining centre will create the shapes you need quickly, precisely and at a high level of quality. We also create the moulds for prototypes ourselves.

Die cutting

Die cutting/dry cutting is a cost-effective solution for large production batches. Our efficient die cutting lines enable customer-specific manufacturing of tailored products. We use beam and rotation punch machines, automatic and manual platform punches and kiss cut machines.

Water jet cutting

Water cutting is based on cutting with a high-pressure NC controlled water jet, and it is a fast and flexible way of producing both prototypes and production batches to exact specifications.  Water cutting does not require separate tools or moulds, which reduces initial costs. Possible changes to geometry are easy and quick to implement.

Thermoforming and vacuum forming

We can thermo and vacuum form 3D products for challenging applications. Thermoforming is suitable for manufacturing double curving, multi-layered and coated final products and for demanding surfaces.  The moulds we use are made of wood, plastic or light metal, and we produce some of them ourselves.

Splitting and sawing

Splitting machines play a central role in our manufacturing. We receive many of our raw materials in large blocks or sheets. We split and saw the materials into rolls and sheets of the right thickness. We are able to split many kinds of materials into the desired thickness using various methods.  We are also able to convert the split sheets into rolls. This brings us a clear competitive advantage: long rolls of material significantly reduce set-up and preparation time, making the production process more efficient.

We make your
idea a reality

Engineering service

We offer product development and ready-made products as a single package under one roof. Our extensive know-how in both materials and various manufacturing technologies ensure functional and durable solutions. We are a natural part of our customer’s product development process all the way from the initial design stage to the realisation and serial production of the product. All you need is an idea – we will help you make it a reality!

Creation of the prototype

We develop and manufacture individual prototypes as well as prototype series from our extensive selection of materials. All you need is an idea of a product, and we can help you develop and realise the process from start to finish.
